The Practical Path of Red Resource Protection and Inheritance from the Perspective of Rule of Law

红色资源是中国共产党在长期革命与建设的伟大实践中所创造和积累的宝贵财富。进入中国特色社会主义新时代,特别是中国共产党成立一百周年以来,党中央高度重视对红色资源的保护与传承。运用法治手段,通过制定国家层面专项立法、打击破坏红色资源的违法行为、严格开展法律巡视、提高公共参与程度,对红色资源的法治保护与传承具有重要积极作用。

The red resource is the valuable wealth created and accumulated by the CPC in the great practice of long-term revolution and construction.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese char-acteristics,especially since the celebration of the centennial of the founding of the CPC,the Party Cen-tral Committee attaches great importance to the protection and inheritance of red resources.By means of the rule of law,it plays an important positive role in the legal protection and inheritance of red resources by formulating special legislation at the national level,combating illegal acts that damage red resources,strictly conducting legal inspections and improving public participation.
