高职院校机械工程类创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Mechanical Engineering Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

在高职院校开展创新创业教育是培养创新型人才的重要举措,同时也是为了满足现代职业教育体系教学改革的需要。本文阐述机械工程类创新创业人才培养在国家、社会、学校等层面的意义,分析高职院校机械工程类创新创业人才培养存在课程体系落后、教学资源匮乏、教学模式陈旧等问题,只有进行人才培养模式的改革创新才能提高人才培养质量。充分整合各方面资源,从课程、评价、资源、特色培养体系等方面进行创新完善,为创新创业人才培养提供指导意见。

It is an important measure to develop the innovative and enterprising education in higher vocational colleges to cultivate innovative talents and to meet the needs of teaching reform of modern vo-cational education system.This paper expounds the significance of the training of innovative and entre-preneurial talents of mechanical engineering in the national,social and school levels,analyzes its prob-lems existing in higher vocational colleges,such as the backward curriculum system,the lack of teach-ing resources,the outdated teaching mode and so on.Only by reforming and innovating the training mode can we improve the quality of talent training.This paper fully integrates all aspects of resources,and from the curriculum,evaluation,resources,characteristic training system and other aspects of inno-vation and improvement provides guidance for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
