摘要 整体叶盘作为高性能航空发动机结构创新与技术跨越的核心部件,其对转速、温度和压力等要求较高,其设计、材料和加工精度等要求更高。某新型航空发动机压气机整体叶盘由GH4065A镍基高温合金制成,其轮盘辐板和叶片的厚度较薄、叶片悬臂较长,属于典型的弱刚性零件,因此,其机加工难度较大。本研究针对整体叶盘机加工中容易产生振动和变形的问题,开发了一种“绕圈层铣”的新型铣削工艺。通过合理设置铣削参数,成功加工了该高温合金整体叶盘,所得零件满足设计标准和使用要求,这为同类零件以及模具、电极等的机加工提供了技术参考。 As the core component of structural innovation and technological leapfrogging of high-performance aero-engine,the bladed disc has higher speed,temperature and pressure,and its design,material and processing accuracy are required to be higher.A new type of aero-engine compressor blisk is made of GH4065A nickel-based superalloy.The thickness of its disc spoke and blade is relatively thin,and the blade cantilever is long.It is a typical weak rigid part,so its machining is difficult.Aiming at the problems of vibration and deformation in the machining of blisk,a new type of milling process of"circle layer milling"is developed in this study.Through reasonably setting milling parameters,the superalloy blisk has been successfully processed,and the parts obtained meet the design standards and use requirements,which provides a technical reference for the machining of similar parts.
