摘要
为了探究不同温度下DP1180钢板的成型性能,采用小松H1F60伺服压力机,配合电磁感应加热系统进行杯突试验,对0.8 mm厚度的DP1180钢薄板在不同温度下的杯突性能进行测试,对比杯突值(IE)的变化情况。结果表明:提高杯突试验温度可以大幅降低DP1180钢的变形抗力,使其成型性能得到显著提高,IE值明显提升;但温度过高会导致板料的抗拉强度严重降低,在冲压时容易破裂。在本次试验中,在500℃下杯突IE值达到最高值,相较于常温下提升了51.7%。
In order to investigate the forming performance of DP1180 steel plate at different temperatures,this paper adopts Komatsu H1F60 servo press with electromagnetic induction heating system to conduct thermal cupping test to test the cupping performance of o.8mm thickness of DP1180 steel sheet at different temperatures and compare the change of cupping value(IE).The results show that increasing the cupping test temperature can significantly reduce the deformation resistance of DP1180 steel,which can significantly improve its forming performance and increase the IE value;however,too high a temperature can lead to a serious reduction in the tensile strength of the sheet and easy rupture during stamping.Therefore,in this test,the highest value of IE was achieved at 500℃,which was 51.7%higher than that at room temperature.
