煤矿井巷顶板在线监测安全管理闭环管控技术

摘要 为解决井工煤矿开采巷道顶板及围岩发生剧烈变化时不能及时发现顶板突变安全隐患、不能及时进行安全预警预报和迅速采取有效措施处置隐患,错失消除隐患的良机,造成顶板灾害事故多发现状,通过现场研究实践建立了安全、可靠的巷道矿压(顶板离层)监测系统、顶板风险隐患安全闭环管控系统、多部门安全应急响应管理系统和应急处置联动机制,实时监控巷道顶板及围岩风险和隐患,实现巷道矿压(顶板离层、锚杆和锚索支护应力)监测可视化、自动化和智能化,实时掌控巷道顶板岩层离层和围岩应力变化。通过连续的直观数据和分析数据信息技术发现顶板失稳的前兆和潜在的巷道顶板安全隐患,利用巷道矿压在线监测风险隐患安全闭环管控系统对接矿井信息化平台实现预警信息短信即时推送,第一时间精准将巷道矿压(顶板岩层离层)监测的安全风险隐患信息以短信方式即时推送给矿安全生产技术管理部门相关人员,通过建立的多部门安全应急响应管理系统和应急处置联动机制做到迅速启动、分级管理、分级处置、全过程监管、全流程溯源,实现安全风险隐患应急处置闭环管控,有效超前处置各类顶板风险隐患,实现井下巷道顶板安全管理。 In order to solve the problem that when the roof and surrounding rock of the tunnel in coal mine undergo drastic changes,the safety hazards of sudden roof change cannot be detected in time,the safety warning and prediction cannot be conducted in time,the effective measures cannot be taken to deal with the hazards quickly,and the opportunity to eliminate the hazards is missed to result in frequent roof disasters and accidents,a safe and reliable mine pressure(roof separation)monitoring system,a closed-loop safety control system for roof risks and hidden dangers,a multi-department safety emergency response management system and an emergency response linkage mechanism have been established to monitor the risks and hidden dangers of roof and surrounding rock of the roadway in real time through on-site research and practice.The monitoring of mine pressure(roof separation,bolt and cable support stress)can be visualized,automated and intelligent,and the stress changes of roof separation and surrounding rock can be controlled in real time.Through continuous visual data and analysis data information technology,the precursor of roof instability and potential safety hazards of roadway roof are found.The safety closed loop control system for online monitoring risks and hazards of roadway mine pressure is used to connect with the mine information platform to realize instant SMS push of early warning information.In the first time,the safety risk and hidden danger information of mine pressure monitoring(roof strata separation)was immediately pushed to the relevant personnel of the mine safety production technology management department by SMS,and the multi-department safety emergency response management system and emergency disposal linkage mechanism were established to achieve rapid start-up,hierarchical management,hierarchical disposal,wholeprocess supervision and whole-process traceability to realize closed loop control of emergency disposal of hidden safety risks,and to effectively dispose of all kinds of hidden roof risks in advance,and to realize safety management of underground roadway roof.
