平定窑煤矿新掘巷道与老巷交汇类型及控制技术研究

摘要 为解决巷道掘进过程中揭露未知老巷存在的顶板控制难题,以平定窑煤矿为工程背景,总结归纳出新老巷道交汇的8种形式,对比分析了不同交汇形式巷道顶板变形破坏规律,基于数值模拟计算分析,提出了巷道交汇处围岩控制技术。结果表明:交汇区域悬顶面积越大、形状越不规则,顶板塑性区范围越大,顶底板移近量也越大,应力分布越复杂;顶板围岩松动压力值在0.22~0.36MPa之间,其中新老巷道平行交汇时顶板围岩松动压力值最大;提出以锚网索主动控制为主、巷内木垛支护为辅及料石墙隔离老巷废弃空间的巷道控制技术,较好地保障了交汇处巷道的稳定。 In order to solve the roof control problem of exposing the unknown old roadway in the process of roadway excavation,taking Pingdingyao Coal Mine as the engineering background,eight forms of the intersection of new and old roadways were summarized,and the roof deformation and failure laws of different intersection forms were compared and analyzed.Based on the numerical simulation calculation and analysis,the surrounding rock control technology at the intersection of roadways was proposed.The results showed that the larger the area of the suspended roof in the intersection area,the more irregular the shape,the larger the range of the plastic zone of the roof,the larger the displacement of the roof and floor,and the more complex the stress distribution.The loose pressure value of roof surrounding rock was between 0.22 MPa and 0.36 MPa,and the loose pressure value of roof surrounding rock was the largest when the new and old roadways intersected in parallel.The roadway control technology was put forward,which was mainly based on the active control of anchor net cable,supplemented by wood crib support in the roadway and isolated by stone wall from the abandoned space of the old roadway,which ensured the stability of the roadway at the intersection.
