摘要
在国家相关政策的引导和自身转型发展内在需求的双重作用下,越来越多的石油和化工制造企业,已在数字化/智能工厂建设方面对设计企业提出更高要求。石油和化工设计企业围绕数字化交付、工厂智能化以及企业自身业务数智化转型等积极进行工程实践、技术积累、组织变革和人才培养等方面的探索,取得了不错的成绩,也遇到了诸多的问题和挑战。本文以项目实践为基础,提出了“基于正向数字化设计与交付的智能工厂建设”的石油化工勘察设计企业两化融合和数字化转型方法论,为石油化工勘察设计企业提供参考。
Under the dual function of guidance of relevant national policies and the inherent needs of self-transformation and development,more and more petroleum and chemical manufacturing enterprises have put forward higher requirements for engineering enterprises in the construction of digital/intelligent factories.Petroleum and chemical engineering enterprises have actively explored engineering practices,technology accumulation,organizational transformation and talent cultivation around digital delivery,factory intelligence and digital transformation of their own business,in which they have achieved good results,but also encountered many problems and challenges.Based on project practice,this paper proposes a methodology for the integration and digital transformation of petrochemical survey and design enterprises,which is called"intelligent factory construction based on forward digital design and delivery",providing reference for petrochemical survey and design enterprises.
