Take the comprehensive building project of the Intellectual Property Court of Hainan Free Trade Port as an example to con‐duct in-depth research on the development direction and innovative ideas of court design.Although court buildings developed relatively late,with the deepening of public awareness of the rule of law,the design of new modern court buildings should focus on considerations such as humanization,public image,and later transformation.Through reasonable design,the efficiency of court work can be improved,the impact on the environment can be reduced,the spirit of the rule of law can be demonstrated,safety and confidentiality can be ensured,and strong support can be provided for the development of the judicial industry.
