主动式建筑在冷链物流中的应用——以广州南沙国际物流中心(南区)项目为例

摘要 以提升建筑室内环境质量、能源和环境效益,实现舒适、节约和环境保护的综合平衡为宗旨。以广州南沙国际物流中心(南区)项目为例,从主动性、舒适性、能源和环境设计角度出发,展开主动式建筑设计策略在冷链物流建筑中的应用分析,以提高建筑的能效性和舒适性,实现优化能源利用、空间利用、提高舒适性、安全性、环保节能等效果,为探索主动式建筑理念在冷链物流建筑中的应用提供重要的理论与实践价值,推动冷链物流可持续发展提供思路。 The aim is to achieve a comprehensive balance between improving indoor environmental quality,energy and environmental ben‐efits,and realizing comfort,savings,and environmental protection.Taking Guangzhou Nansha International Logistics Center(South Zone)project as an example,this article analyzes the application of active building design strategies in cold chain logistics buildings from the per‐spectives of proactivity,comfort,energy and environmental design,in order to improve building energy efficiency and comfort,optimize en‐ergy and space utilization,and enhance comfort,safety,environmental protection and energy-saving effects,and provide important theoretical and practical value for exploring the application of active building concepts in cold chain logistics buildings,and promote the sustainable de‐velopment of cold chain logistics.
