工程建筑裸露钢筋锈蚀防治简述

摘要 钢筋是混凝土结构的主要骨架,但是在长期的暴露下,容易受到大气、水分、化学物质等的侵蚀,从而导致钢筋的锈蚀,进而影响混凝土结构的强度和稳定性。因此,采取科学有效的钢筋防锈措施非常必要。基于现有文献进行总结分析,探讨钢筋锈蚀的影响及机理,梳理几种较为常用的钢筋锈蚀防治措施,围绕环氧树脂涂料、钢筋阻锈剂、锌基镀层和水泥浆包裹4个方面展开讨论。总体而言,环氧树脂涂料以及水泥浆包裹这两种方法比较适合防止长期停建工程裸露钢筋的生锈。剩下两种方法虽对钢筋锈蚀防护效果较好,但施工和成本方面要求较为苛刻,需要建设方和施工方权衡利弊进行选择。 Reinforcement bars are the main framework of concrete structures.However,over prolonged exposure,they are susceptible to corrosion from atmospheric conditions,moisture,chemical substances,and more,which can lead to rusting of the reinforcement bars and ul‐timately affect the strength and stability of the concrete structure.Therefore,it is essential to implement scientifically effective measures to prevent reinforcement bar corrosion.Summarizes and analyzes existing literature,discussing the effects and mechanisms of reinforcement bar rusting,as well as several commonly used methods for corrosion prevention.The discussion revolves around four aspects:epoxy resin coat‐ings,rust inhibitors for reinforcement bars,zinc-based coatings,and cementitious grouts.Overall,epoxy resin coatings and cementitious grouts are considered more suitable for preventing the rusting of exposed reinforcement bars in long-term construction projects.The remaining two methods offer good protection against reinforcement bar corrosion;however,they require stricter construction and cost requirements,ne‐cessitating a careful evaluation of pros and cons by the project owner and construction team.
