智慧档案馆建设是智慧发展时代背景下档案机构转型升级的必由之路。文章基于TOE理论,从技术、组织、环境维度建立智慧档案馆建设成效分析框架,借助模糊集定性比较分析方法,对国内24家综合档案馆的智慧档案馆建设案例进行研究,系统分析驱动高水平智慧档案馆建设的差异化路径,并据此提出加快技术转型和打造特色范式的建议。

The construction of intelligent archives is a crucial pathway for the transformation and upgrading of archival institutions in the era of intelligent development.Utilizing the TOE Framework,this paper establishes an analytical framework for evaluating the effectiveness of intelligent archive construction across three dimensions:technology,organization and environment.Employing the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,this study examines the cases of intelligent archive construction in 24 comprehensive archives in China.This article systematically analyzes the differentiated paths that drive the construction of high-level intelligent archives and proposes recommendations for accelerating technological transformation and creating characteristic paradigms.
