黑木相思半同胞家系子代测定及早期选择

Progeny determination and early selection of Acacia melanoxylon half-sib family

黑木相思是具有重要推广潜力和应用前景的外来引进多用途树种,通过测定20个黑木相思子代家系的造林成活率及生长指标,并采用遗传力估算和系统聚类筛选优良家系。结果表明,20个家系子代的整体成活率为77.33%,其中18个家系成活率高于70.00%;20个家系平均树高2.82 m、地径2.76 cm、冠幅1.74 m。方差分析表明,不同黑木相思家系子代的树高、地径和冠幅均存在显著差异。遗传力估算结果显示树高、地径和冠幅的遗传力h^(2)分别为65.23%、48.29%和56.88%,说明黑木相思生长性状受自身遗传控制作用较大。系统聚类结果显示,20个家系可分为4种家系类型,其中KSL5、KSL12、LX38、LX43、LX46等第四类家系生长性状表现优良,可作为良种材料推广;第二类家系可进一步选优培育,第一类型和第三类家系生长状况普遍表现不佳。

Acacia melanoxylon is an exotic introduced multi-purpose tree species with important promotion potential and application prospects.The afforestation survival rate and growth index of 20 Acacia melanoxylon progeny families were measured,and the heritability estimation and system clustering were used to screen excellent families.The results showed that the overall survival rate of the offspring of 20 families was 77.33%,and the survival rate of 18 families was higher than 70.00%.The average tree height of 20 families was 2.82 m,the average ground diameter was 2.76 cm,and the average crown width was 1.74 m.Analysis of variance showed that there were significant diferences in tree height,ground di-ameter and crown width among the offspring of diferent Acacia melanoxylon families.The results of heritability estimation showed that the heri-tability k?of tree height,ground diameter and crown width were 65.23%,48.29%and 56.88%,respectively,which indicated that the growth traits of Acacia melanoxylon were greatly controlled by its own genetics.The results of systematic clustering showed that the 20 families could be divided into four types of families.Among them,the growth traits of the fourth type of families were excellent,including KSL5,KSL12,LX38,LX43,LX46.These five families could be promoted as good variety materials.The second type of families had the value of further selection and cultivation.The growth status of the second type and the third type of families was generally poor.
