黔产油麻血藤薄层色谱鉴别研究

TLC identification of Caults mucunae sempervirentis from Guizhou

目的:建立黔产油麻血藤Caults mucunae sempervirentis薄层色谱鉴别方法,为其质量标准修订提升提供参考。方法:参照薄层色谱法(通则0502),以自身对照药材为对照,对展开体系、点样量等因素考察研究。结果:以硅胶G薄层板为载体,点样量5μL,石油醚(60~90℃)-环己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(6∶3∶1∶0.2)为展开剂,1%香草醛硫酸溶液,在105℃显色。供试品溶液、对照药材溶液,显相同颜色的斑点。结论:本方法专属性、重现性、重复性良好,斑点清晰,可用于油麻血藤定性鉴别。

In this study we established a TLC identification method for Caults mucunae sempervirentis from Guizhou,so as to provide reference for the improvement of its quality standards.According to TLC general rule 0502,the development system,sampling quantity and other factors were investigated.The parameters were determined as follows:silica gel G thin layer plate as the carrier,sample quantity of 5μL,petroleum ether(60~90℃)-cyclohexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid(6∶3∶1∶0.2)as the development agent,spraying with 1%vanillin sulfuric acid solution,and heating at 105℃until the spots showed clear color.Under the above conditions,the test material and the control material showed the same color spots.The method has good specificity and reproducibility,and can be used for the qualitative identification of Caults mucunae sempervirentis.
