摘要 目的:研究贵州黔东南苗族民间川乌配伍地榆验方的减毒作用,揭示川乌配伍减毒作用机制,为指导安全有效使用乌头提供新的思路。方法:采用目测概率单位法计算川乌及其与地榆配伍小鼠的LD_(50)值。结果:川乌配伍地榆药液在4 h和24 h内的LD_(50)值分别为1.2863 g/kg、0.9967 g/kg,95%的置信区间分别为0.9398~1.7605 g/kg和0.7897~1.2581 g/kg;生川乌药液在4 h和24 h内的LD_(50)值分别为0.5561 g/kg、0.5175 g/kg,95%的置信区间分别为0.4529~0.6827 g/kg和0.3672~0.7294 g/kg。单味川乌的毒性大于川乌配伍地榆的毒性。结论:川乌配伍地榆有显著的减毒作用。本研究内容为后续深入川乌与地榆配伍的药效学研究提供了实验研究基础。 We studied the detoxification effect of the concerted application of Miao medicines Aconitum carmichaelii and Sanguisorba officinalis,so as to provide new ideas for guiding the safe and effective use of Aconitum carmichaelii.The LD_(50) value of Aconitum carmichaelii combined with Sanguisorba officinalis on mice was calculated by visual probability unit method.The results of acute toxicity experiments showed that the LD_(50) value of Aconitum carmichaelii combined with Sanguisorba officinalis within 4 h and 24 h was 1.2863 g/kg and 0.9967 g/kg,respectively;the 95%confidence interval was 0.9398 g/kg to 1.7605 g/kg and 0.7897 g/kg to 1.2581 g/kg,respectively.The LD_(50) value of Aconitum carmichaelii solution within 4 h and 24 h was 0.5561 g/kg and 0.5175 g/kg,respectively;the 95%confidence interval was 0.4529 g/kg to 0.6827 g/kg and 0.3672 g/kg to 0.7294 g/kg,respectively.The toxicity of Aconitum carmichaelii along is greater than that of Aconitum carmichaelii combined with Sanguisorba officinalis.In conclusion,the concerted application of Aconitum carmichaelii and Sanguisorba officinalis has significant detoxification effect.This study has provided an experimental basis for further pharmacodynamic research on the concerted application of Aconitum carmichaelii and Sanguisorba officinalis.
