摘要
目的:探索阳起石的最佳炮制工艺。方法:以钙离子含量、失重率为考察指标,以阳起石粒度、煅制温度、煅制时间为考察因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验对阳起石炮制工艺进行优选。结论:阳起石最佳炮制工艺为粒度控制为1.0 cm、煅制温度为800℃、煅制时间为60 min。阳起石正交试验优选炮制工艺条件合理、稳定、可行,为矿物药阳起石的质量控制及临床应用提供依据。
We explored the best processing technology of actinolite.Taking calcium ion content and weight loss rate as the indexes,the particle size,the calcination temperature and the calcination time as the factors,the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the processing technology of actinolite.The best processing technology was as follows:the granularity was 1.0 cm,the calcination temperature was 800℃,and the calcination time was 60 min.The optimized processing technology is reasonable,stable and feasible,and has provided a basis for the quality control and clinical application of actinolite.
