摘要
研究从剑南春中酒曲中选育到一株高产洛伐他汀的霉菌。结合菌株的形态、生理生化特征和18SrDNA基因序列分析该菌株定性为紫红曲霉。通过固态发酵条件优化得出该菌株在温度30℃,培养10天,外加葡萄糖浓度1%,蛋白胨浓度1.5%时,该紫红曲霉菌株产洛伐他汀最高,可达135mg/kg。
In this study,Monascus purpureus with high lovastatin yield was screened and the production of lovastatin was improved by optimizing fermentation conditions.A high lovastatin yielding Monascus purpureus strain was selected from Jiannanchun jiuqu,which was identified based on morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and 18SrDNA gene sequence analysis.Through the optimization of solid-state fermentation conditions,it was found that the strain produced the highest lovastatin,up to 135mg/kg,With glucose at 1%,peptone at 1.5%,and 30℃incubation 10 days.
