摘要
黄酒在生产过程中,分为冷灌装后杀菌和热灌装,杀菌温度或热酒灌装温度在82℃±1℃,此时无法测量当前温度下净含量的标准值。通过测定不同温度下的净含量值,并绘制趋势曲线图,来计算该温度区间的净含量标准值。
