正当防卫研究趋势与前沿热点——基于CiteSpace的图谱量化分析

Research trends and frontiers of legitimate defense:quantitative analysis of graphs based on CiteSpace

以1998-2021年CSSCI来源期刊为基础收录的正当防卫文献为分析数据,利用CiteSpace文献计量可视化分析软件,以关键词共现、突变、TimeZone及流变谱系等视角绘制正当防卫的相关可视化图谱,考察正当防卫研究领域的热点内容、前沿趋势,以梳理该领域的研究现状与进展趋势。通过关键词共现分析发现:正当防卫的研究热点主要集中于正当防卫法理理论、正当防卫法律体系、正当防卫规范构造、正当防卫司法适用等方面。通过主题流变分析发现:正当防卫从知识节点爆发增长演变为稳定式渐进研究,研究方向从宏观知识结构构建演变为微观知识适用分析,逐渐呈明显精细化研究特点。通过关键词突变分析发现:正当防卫研究的前沿主题主要分为渐弱前沿、渐强前沿及最新前沿。根据梳理图谱提炼研究展望,正当防卫研究需要克服单向借鉴、避免同质倾向、注重实务深化、加强范式延拓、强化学科融合并重视协同合作。

Based on the self-defense literature collected from CSSCI source journals from 1998 to 2021,the CiteSpace bibliometric visualization analysis software was used to draw a visualization graph of self-defense from the perspectives of keyword co-occurrence,mutation,Timezone,and rheological lineage.The hot topics and cutting edge trends in the field of self-defense research were examined to sort out the current research status and development trends in this field.Through keyword co-occurrence analysis,it was found that the research hotspots of self-defense mainly focus on the theoretical research of seldefense law,the legal system of self-defense,the construction of self-defense norms,and the application of self-defense jus-tice.'Through thematic flow analysis,it was found that legitimate defense has evolved from explosive growth of knowledge nodes to stable and gradual research,and the research direction has evolved from macro knowledge structure construction to micro knowledge applicability analysis,gradually showing obvious refined research characteristics.Through keyword mutation analysis,it was found that the cutting edge themes of legitimate defense research are mainly divided into gradually weakening frontiers,gradually strengthening frontiers,and the latest frontiers.According to the research prospect extracted from the sorting graph,legitimate defense research needs to overcome unidirectional reference,avoid homogeneity tendencies,focus on practical deepening,strengthen paradigm extension,streng then disciplinary integration,and attach importance to collaborative cooperation.
