两种不同造孔剂对粉煤灰-黄土基支撑体性能的影响

摘要 以粉煤灰、黄土为混合骨料,甲基纤维素作粘结剂,采用挤压成型法和固态粒子烧结法制备陶瓷膜支撑体,探究淀粉和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯两种造孔剂对支撑体的孔隙形成、抗折强度、酸碱腐蚀率、物相组成、显微结构及纯水通量等性能的影响。结果表明,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯添加量为15%时,各项参数基本优于淀粉添加量为10%时支撑体的各项表征,并且其成品内部孔隙均一,分布较为均匀,孔径均在6μm左右,酸碱质量损失率分别为0.24%/0.19%,孔隙率为35%,抗折强度为30 MPa,支撑体纯水通量为9523.28 L/(m^(2)·h·MPa)。 The ceramic film supports were prepared by extrusion and solid particle sintering methods using fly ash and loess as mixed aggregates and methyl cellulose as binder,and the effects of twOporogenic agents,starch and polymethyl methacrylate,on the properties of the supports,such as pore formation,flexural strength,acid-base corrosion rate,phase composition,microstructure and pure water flux,were investigated.The results showed that the parameters of polymethyl methacrylate added at 15%were basically better than the characterization of the proppant at 10%starch addition,and the internal pores of the finished products were homogeneous and more uniformly distributed,with the pore size around 6μm,the acid-base mass loss rate was 0.24%/0.19%,the porosity was 35%,the flexural strength was 30 MPa,and the pure water fluXof the proppant was 9523.28 L/(m^(2)·h·MPa),respectively.
