摘要
综述了耐高温天然改性型AMPS降滤失剂、耐高温两性离子型AMPS降滤失剂以及耐高温刚化改性型AMPS降滤失剂的合成方法以及基本性能进行了分析,重点对天然改性型AMPS降滤失剂引入硅、淀粉以及石墨烯等材料提高耐盐、耐钙等特性、离子型AMPS降滤失剂加入阳离子基团增强静电吸附能力和刚化改性型AMPS降滤失剂引进刚性基团增加分子刚性进行了介绍,并对天然改性型AMPS降滤失剂、两性离子型AMPS降滤失剂以及刚化改性型AMPS降滤失剂的研究方向进行了评价,以期对研发新的天然改性材料、开发多种性能的合成材料以及引入带有环状结构的其他刚性基团具有较好的参考意义。
This paper reviews the synthesis methods and basic properties of high temperature resistant natural modified AMPS filtrate reducer,high temperature resistant zwitterionic AMPS filtrate reducer and high temperature resistant rigidized modified AMPS filtrate reducer.And introduces the introduction of silicon,starch and graphene into natural modified AMPS filtrate reducer to improve salt and calcium resistance,the addition of cationic groups to ionic AMPS filtrate reducer to enhance electrostatic adsorption capacity and the introduction of rigid groups to rigidized modified AMPS filtrate reducer to increase molecular rigidity.This paper alsOevaluates the research directions of natural modified AMPS fluid loss additive,amphoteric AMPS fluid loss additive and rigidified AMPS fluid loss additive,with a view to providing a good reference for the development of new natural modified materials,the development of synthetic materials with multiple properties,and the introduction of other rigid groups with a ring structure.
