摘要
梳理了激光红外成像系统分析土壤样品中微塑料的技术原理、前处理、样品转移、检测流程,归纳对比了物理分析和化学分析(显微镜分析、光谱分析、质谱分析)的技术应用与局限性分析,包括主要检测方法的技术流程、适用领域以及优缺点。在以上分析的基础上,归纳总结了激光红外成像系统在土壤样品微塑料检测中的适用性和先进性,方法能够在土壤环境中微塑料研究以及污染防控领域发挥重要作用。
This paper combed the technical principle,pretreatment,sample transfer and detection process of quantum cascade laser imaging for analyzing microplastics in soil samples,and summarized and compared the technical application and limitation analysis of physical analysis and chemical analysis(microscope analysis,spectral analysis,mass spectrometry analysis),in cluded the technical process of the main test method,the applicable field,and the advantages and disadvantages.On the basis of the above analysis,the applicability and advancement of the quantum cascade laser imaging in the detection of microplastics in soil samples were summarized.An important role in the research of microplastics in soil environment and the prevention and control of pollution were played in this method.
