摘要
分析了塑件结构,模具采用液压马达传动齿轮自动顶出塑件,介绍了齿轮的计算、齿轮大小、齿轮之间配合间隙、中心距、液压马达扭矩计算、确定液压马达的大小、模具排位中心等,可为模具设计人员提供参考借鉴。
The structure of plastic products was analyzed,push out the product automatically by hydraulic motor drive gear.Through the main points of the method of selecting the gear,the calculation of the gear,the size of the gear,the clearance between the gears,the center distance of the bearing,the calculation of the torque of the hydraulic horse,the size of the hydraulic motor,the center of the mold layout and so on are introduced,provide reference to the designer.
