UG和MoldFlow在《塑料成型工艺学》教学中的应用

摘要 《塑料成型工艺学》课程是材料科学与工程专业的重要专业课程,是一门应用于工业生产的理论和实践课程,本课程改变了传统的仅仅依靠课堂授课的教学模式,引入模具三维设计软件UG和模流分析软件MoldFlow作为重要的辅助手段,利用UG软件中的3D模型设计和模具设计和MoldFlow中的注射模流分析,可以给现有的教学过程提供有效的帮助,使学生能够更为深入的理论联系实际,更好、更直观地帮助学生理解塑料成型过程中的演化,也更好地适应企业对人才技能的需求。 The course"Plastic Forming Technology"is an important professional course in Materials Science and Engineering,which is a theoretical and practical course applied to industrial production.This course changes the traditional teaching mode that only relies on classroom teaching,introducing mold design software UG and mold flow analysis software MoldFlow as important auxiliary means,utilizing 3D model design and mold design in UG software,and injection mold flow analysis in MoldFlow,it can provide effective assistance to existing teaching processes,enabling students to more deeply integrate theory with practice,and better and more intuitively help students understand the evolution of plastic molding processes.It also better adapts to the needs of enterprises for talent skills.
