摘要
以挖机玩具模具型芯加工为例,分析模具型芯的数控加工工艺,完成注射模型芯型腔复杂曲面切削加工,通过分析传统粗加工的方法存在的弊端,改进为新的加工工艺,相对于传统加工工艺中的分层铣削粗加工,动态铣削能够缩短加工时间。使用新的加工工艺,粗加工切削进给长度缩短72.929%,进给时间缩短81.369%,整个粗加工的总切削时间缩短81.247%。该工艺方法有效地提高了加工效率,并节约了时间和成本。其次,刀具使用寿命得到显著增加,减少了刀具更换频率,提高了生产效益。最终实现加工质量的稳定性,保证零件的精度和质量要求。
This paper takes the machining of the core of the excavator toy mold as an example,analyzes the CNC machining process of the mold core,and completes the machining of the complex curved surface of the injection mold construction core cavity.By analyzing the drawbacks of the traditional rough machining method,it is improved to a new machining process.Compared with the layered milling rough machining in the traditional machining process,dynamic milling can shorten the processing time.By using the new processing technology,the feed length and feed time of rough machining have been reduced by 72.929%and 81.369%,respectively.The total cutting time of the entire rough machining has been reduced by 81.247%.This process method effectively improves processing efficiency and saves time and costs.Secondly,the service life of the cutting tools has been significantly increased,reducing the frequency of tool replacement and improving production efficiency.Ultimately,the stability of processing quality is achieved,ensuring the accuracy and quality requirements of the parts.
