Positioning studs are continuously scrapped in batches during product processing,resulting in delayed delivery of orders.In response to this issue,QC tools were used to identify the fundamental problems in the production of positioning screw products,and effective mea⁃sures were formulated to effectively improve the product processing qualification rate.
