基于云计算的超声波流量传感器设计

摘要 目前提出的超声波流量传感器传感能力较差,响应时间过长。为了解决上述问题,基于云计算设计了一种新的超声波流量传感器,对传感器的结构和工作流程进行设计,并引入云计算增强传感器数据计算能力,有效提高超声波流量传感器测量精度。实验结果表明,设计的基于云计算的超声波流量传感器响应时间小于0.01s,测量误差低于3.5%,具有极强的响应能力。 The current proposed ultrasonic flow sensor has poor sensing ability and long re⁃sponse time.In order to solve the above problems,a new ultrasonic flow sensor based on cloud computing was designed.The structure and workflow of the sensor were designed,and cloud com⁃puting was introduced to enhance the data calculation ability of the sensor,effectively improving the measurement accuracy of the ultrasonic flow sensor.The experimental results show that the designed ultrasonic flow sensor based on cloud computing has a response time of less than 0.01 seconds,a measurement error of less than 3.5%,and has extremely strong response ability.
