摘要
以U型反应杯为例,探讨了注射模结构设计方案。首先对U型反应杯注塑件的结构特点、材料选择、成型工艺等进行了分析,设计了注射模的整体结构,确定其分型面位置、浇口形式、顶出方式等基本参数;根据冷却原理采用直通式+阶梯式冷却回路,最后总结了模具的动作过程,旨在为U型反应杯注射模结构设计提供参考。
The paper takes the U-shaped cuvette as an example to discuss the structural de⁃sign of injection mold construction.Firstly,the structural characteristics,material selection,and molding process of the U-shaped cuvette injection molding parts were analyzed,the overall structure of the injection mold construction was designed,and the basic parameters such as the parting surface position,gate type,and ejection mode were determined.According to the cooling principle,a straight through+stepped cooling circuit is adopted,and finally,the action process of the mold is summarized.The purpose is to provide a reference for the structural design of the U-shaped reaction cup Injection mold construction.
