摘要
研究了管壳式换热器的可靠性和维护优化策略。首先介绍了其结构、工作原理及可能导致可靠性问题的因素,并采用FMEA和RCM等方法进行可靠性评估,同时提出了预防性维护、在线监测、故障诊断和维修等策略。预防性维护包括清洗、流体处理和关键部件更换;在线监测包括监测温度、压力、腐蚀和振动等参数;故障诊断和维修包括快速诊断和备件管理。最后通过案例分析验证了策略的有效性,并提出改进建议,以供参考。
This study investigates the reliability and maintenance optimization strategies for shell and tube heat exchangers.Firstly,introduces its structure,working principles and factors that may affect reliability are introduced,and reliability assessmentmethods such as FMEA and RCM are employed.At the same time,strategies for preventive maintenance,online monitoring,fault diagnosis,and repairare proposed.Preventive maintenance includes cleaning,fluid treat⁃ment,and replacement of key components.Online monitoring involves monitoring parameters such as temperature,pressure,corrosion,and vibration.Fault diagnosis and repair encompass quick diagnosis and spare parts management.Finally,the effectiveness of the strategies is vali⁃dated through case studiesand improvement suggestions are providedfor reference.
