摘要 随着矿山行业的发展,确保矿山设备的安全和稳定运行对于生产效率和安全至关重要。矿山设备在恶劣环境下工作,容易故障,对企业构成挑战。因此,矿山设备的精密点检和检修成为研究热点。文中深入探讨这些技术,引入监测设备和传感器,实时监控设备状态,预防故障,延长设备寿命。同时,关注设备维护的安全问题,提出风险管理措施,增强员工安全意识和应急处理能力,降低潜在事故。 With the development of the mining industry,ensuring the safe and stable opera⁃tion of mining equipment is crucial for production efficiency and safety.Mining equipment works in harsh environments and is prone to failure,posing a challenge to enterprises.There⁃fore,precision inspection and maintenance of mining equipment have become research hotspots.This article delves into these technologies,introduces monitoring equipment and sensors to realtime monitor equipment status,prevent failures,and extend equipment lifespan.At the same time,attention is paid to the safety issues of equipment maintenance,proposing risk manage⁃ment measures,enhancing employees'safety awareness and emergency handling capabilities,and reducing potential accidents.
