摘要
为了提高学生的综合实践能力,针对PLC应用课程设计,以科技项目为依托,设计了薄板对焊焊缝自动跟踪控制系统实例。该系统以西门子S7-200 SMART PLC为控制核心,对课程设计的任务、目标、原理、系统软硬件设计、实施过程、实验结果等进行了详细介绍。通过课程设计与实际应用紧密结合,融合多个知识点,培养学生学习的主动性与创造性,实践教学效果良好。
In order to improve students′comprehensive practical ability,aiming at the design of PLC application course,relying on a scientific and technological project,the example of automatic tracking control system for thin plate butt welding seam is designed.The system takes Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the control core,and introduces the task,goal,principle,hardware and software design,implementation process and experimental results of the curriculum design in detail.The project combines curriculum design with practical application closely,integrates multiple knowledge points,cultivates students learning initiative and creativity,and has good practical teaching effect.
