摘要
在第十一届“中国大学教学论坛”上,时任教育部高等教育司司长吴岩提出打造五大“金课”,而线上线下混合式“金课”是其中重要一类。针对西北工业大学管理与领导力类通识课程“组织行为学”,展开MOOC+FCM的混合式教学改革创新:首先,开发优质线上教学资源,包括教师慕课、学生微剧视频、微信小程序等原创性、互动性强的教学资源;其次,整合重构线下教学内容,以线上教学资源为基础,线下教学与线上教学形成优势互补,构建12个线下系列活动串联教学内容;最后,设计多元化的翻转课堂,依托线下系列活动开展“重点知识、个人分析、企业案例、视频拍摄、创业策划”的“五位一体”翻转课堂。从“教”与“学”价值共创视角探索“组织行为学”课程的教学改革创新与实践。
At the 11th China University Teaching Forum,Wu Yan,Director of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education,proposed five kinds of“gold class”,of which mixed“gold class”is an important category.For the course of“organizational behavior”in Northwestern Polytechnical University,MOOC+FCM mixed teaching reform was carried out:first,high-quality online teaching resources were developed,including original and interactive teaching resources such as MOOC,students’micro drama videos,and WeChat applets;Secondly,integrate and reconstruct offline teaching content,and construct 12 offline series of activities to connect teaching content,to form complementary advantages between offline and online teaching;Finally,design a diversified flipped classroom,including“key knowledge,personal analysis,enterprise cases,video shooting,and entrepreneurial planning”.This paper explores the teaching reform innovation and practice of organizational behavior curriculum from the perspective of co creation of teaching and learning values.
