新形势下外语类研究生就业育人现状及策略探究——以哈尔滨工业大学外国语学院为例

Research on the Current Situation and Strategies of Employment and Education of Foreign Language Postgraduates under the New Situation: A Case Study of the School of International Studies of Harbin Institute of Technology

2020年以来,随着国家社会经济的发展和就业环境的改变,就业市场对高层次人才的需求日益增加,高校毕业生就业形势发生了新变化。面对新形势,高校就业育人工作也在不断摸索创新、改变思路、提升实效。新形势下,以外语类研究生为例,外语类研究生求职就业趋势、外语类研究生的求职心态以及外语类研究生就业市场需求、外语类研究生的就业去向规律都发生了一系列变化。高校一线外语类研究生思想政治教育工作者可通过加强毕业生理想信念教育和职业生涯规划教育、建立线上线下相结合的精准就业帮辅机制、多途径拓宽就业育人渠道、联动研究生导师形成就业育人合力等方式,加强和改进外语类研究生就业育人工作。

Since 2020,with the development of the national social economy and the change in the employment environment,the demand for high-level talents in the employment market has increased day by day,and the employment situation of college graduates has undergone new changes.In the face of the new situation,colleges and universities are also constantly exploring,changing mindsets and improving effectiveness.Taking foreign language postgraduates as an example,a series of changes have taken place in the employment trend,the employment anticipation,the law of employment destination and the employment market of the postgraduates.Ideological and political educators of first-line foreign language postgraduates in colleges and universities can enhance and improve the employment and education of the postgraduates by strengthening the ideal and belief education and career planning education of them,establishing a precise employment assistance mechanism combining online and offline methods,broadening employment and education channels in multiple ways,and linking the supervisors to form a joint force.
