Deep Cooperation Between Food Chemistry Teaching and Ideological and Political Education

立德树人是高校教育的根本任务。融合思想政治教育与专业教育的协同育人是培养高素质人才的重要保障,也是全国高校思想政治工作会议精神的要求。“食品化学”课程是食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业重要的专业基础课,是影响食品专业人才培养的核心课程,是立德树人的重要载体。通过论述“食品化学”课程思政的必要性和重要性、课程思政的建设方式,以及“食品化学”教学内容与思政元素深度协同具体案例,为“食品化学”课程思政教学体系的探索和推广提供了有益的思路,同时为其他同类课程的课程思政改革提供了借鉴和参考。

Moral education is the basic task of higher education.The combination of ideological and political education and professional education is an important guarantee for training high-quality talents,and it is also the requirement of the spirit of the national ideological and political work conference of colleges and universities.Food Chemistry is an important professional basic course for food science and engineering,food quality and safety majors,a core course that affects the training of food professionals,and an important carrier for building morality and cultivating talents.This paper discusses the importance of and the construction method of ideological and political education in food chemistry curriculum,and the specific cases of in-depth coordination between food chemistry teaching content and ideological and political education elements.It provides useful ideas for the exploration and promotion of the ideological and political teaching system of food chemistry,and also provides reference for the ideological and political reform of other similar courses.
