新工科背景下能源动力类课程多学科交叉融合的探索研究

摘要 能源动力是国民经济发展的重要基础和根本保证,科技人才决定能源的未来。主要阐述新工科背景下能源动力类课程在培养科技人才方面的地位和作用,以及目前面临的主要问题:能源动力类研究领域拓展对人才知识结构提出了新要求;单一课程体系构建不利于学生的全面发展;考核方式有效性不高。针对上述实际问题,在课程体系建设,人才培养模式,课程考核以及教学思维方面创造性地提出能源动力类课程多学科交叉融合培养新科技人才,优化课程体系建设,建立健全人才培养模式,使多课程交叉融合思想融入日常教学,改进课程考核方式,培养全面发展新工科人才的新思路。研究成果将为能源动力类课程多学科交叉融合设计提供重要参考。 Energy power is an important foundation and fundamental guarantee for the development of the national economy.The development of energy science and technology will profoundly affect the future energy pattern.This paper mainly expounds on the status and role of energy power courses in cultivating scientific and technological talents under the background of emerging engineering education and the main problems faced at present.Expanding the field of energy and power research puts forward new requirements for the knowledge structure of talents.A single curriculum system is not conducive to the all-around development of students.The validity of the assessment method is not high.In view of the above practical problems,this paper creatively puts forward a new way to cultivate scientific and technological talents by multidisciplinary integration of energy power courses in terms of curriculum system construction,talent training mode,curriculum assessment and teaching thinking,optimizing the construction of curriculum system,establishing and improving the training mode of talents,integrating the idea of multi-curriculum cross-integration into daily teaching,improving the way of curriculum assessment,and cultivating new engineering talents.The research results will provide an important reference for the multidisciplinary integration design of energy power courses.
