摘要
“食品工厂设计”是浙江科技学院食品科学与工程专业重要的课程之一,课程具有很强的工程性和应用性,结合应用型人才培养的需要,在前期“实学实效”培养模式下,导入成果导向。学生是否具备食品工厂设计的操作技能,能否把学到的理论知识应用于生产实践,均与课程的教学和课后培养质量高低有密切的关系。强调成果导向教育理念,探索了重构应用型高校食品科学与工程“食品工厂设计”课程教学体系,推动“食品工厂设计”课程改革方法和实践。
The course of Food Factory Design is one of the important professional courses of food science and engineering major in the university,which has strong features of engineering and application.Combined with the needs of the school’s application-oriented talent training,under the early“real learning and practical effects”system training mode,the outcome-based concept has been introduced.Whether the students have the operating skills of food factory design and whether they can apply the learned theoretical knowledge to production practice are closely related to the teaching of the course and the quality of after-class training.It emphasizes the concept of outcome-based education,explores the course of Food Factory Design reconstruction of the teaching of food science and engineering,and promotes the reform methods and practice of Food Factory Design course.
