基于装配式装修的既有住宅内装改造产品化设计思维研究

Productized Design Thinking of Existing Residential Interior Renovation Based on Prefabricated Decoration

装配式装修是以工厂化部品应用、装配式施工建造为主要特征的装修方式,其本质是以部品化方式解决传统装修质量问题,符合高效益、高质量、低消耗、低污染的新型建筑工业化发展趋势。与传统装修方式相比,装配式使装修现场施工看似“简化”、质量可控,但实际上基于部品化、模块化的“简化”对精度要求更高,其将传统装修中的大量工作“前置”至内装设计、技术策划及部品生产环节。“简化”对内装设计师提出新挑战,需设计师在内装设计过程中既注重室内空间的重塑及装饰效果的呈现,又具备产品化设计思维,从装配时序、工艺工法、部品成本等方面统筹设计,最终实现像造汽车一样进行装修设计与建造。

Prefabricated decoration is a decoration method with main characteristics of factory parts application and prefabricated construction construction,and its essence is to solve the traditional decoration quality problem in a part-based way,which is in line with the development trend of new building industrialization with high efficiency,high quality,low consumption and low pollution.Compared with the traditional decoration method,the assembly type makes the decoration site construction seem"simplified"and the quality is controllable,but in fact,the"simplification"based on parts and modularization has higher requirements for accuracy,and it"fronts"a lot of work in traditional decoration to interior design,technical planning and parts production."Simplification"poses a new challenge to interior designers,which requires designers to pay attention to the reshaping of interior space and the presentation of decorative effects in the process of interior design,and also have productized design thinking,coordinate design from the aspects of assembly timing,process construction method,and part cost,and finally realize decoration design and construction like a car.
