装配式装修具有快速、健康、低碳、高品质等技术特点,正逐步代替传统装修施工方式。然而,装配式装修面向家装改造的技术应用与实施仍处于探索阶段,存在亟需解决的重难点问题,如测量精度误差引起部品尺寸错误、装修部品到场时间不可控、装修材料现场堆积影响流程管控等,限制了装配式装修技术在家装改造中的批量应用。以面向家装的装配式装修试点改造项目为例,基于装配式装修技术体系,分析相关技术应用的难点,提出针对性优化措施。

Prefabricated decoration is gradually replacing traditional decoration construction methods with technical characteristics such as fast,healthy,low-carbon and high quality.However,the technical application and implementation of prefabricated decoration for home decoration transformation are still in the exploratory stage,and there are major and difficult problems that need to be solved urgently,such as the error of measurement accuracy caused by the size of parts,the uncontrollable arrival time of decoration parts,and the accumulation of decoration materials affecting process control,etc.,which limit the batch application of prefabricated decoration technology in home decoration transformation.Taking the prefabricated decoration pilot renovation project for home improvement as an example,based on the prefabricated decoration technical system,the difficulties of related technology application are analyzed,and targeted optimization measures are proposed.
