Taking the model room on the 2nd floor of Building 32 of Guorui Cultural Tourism City as an example,the residential design strategy under limited space area and other limited conditions are discussed from the aspects of space function optimization and prefabricated design,so as to provide reference for residential prefabrication under refined design,so as to promote the application and development of prefabricated technology in residential space,and help people build"good house"and"good decoration".
