摘要
省际贸易的发展有助于发挥区域比较优势,建立各地区直接与间接的经济技术联系和互补依存关系,促进国内大循环、推动区域经济高质量一体化发展。通过采用中国区域间投入产出表,在考察省际贸易的发展格局及主要特征基础上,利用基于引力方程的边界效应模型分析中国区域经济一体化程度的变化趋势。结果表明,边界效应系数的绝对值在1997—2002年增大,2002—2012年持续减小,2012—2017年继续增大,说明省际贸易壁垒呈现出先加深后减轻之后继续加深的波浪形趋势,区域经济一体化水平则先下降后上升再下降。为促进区域经济一体化的发展,推进全国统一大市场的建设,应加强省际贸易合作,打破行政边界壁垒,加强省份之间沟通,同时建议拥有开放优势的区域利用资源和信息优势,充分发挥自身高水平的发展力量和丰富的资源禀赋。
The development of inter-provincial trade helps to make full use of regional comparative advantages,establish direct and indirect economic and technological connections and complementary interdependence between regions,promote domestic economic circulation,and promote high-quality integrated development of regional economy.By using China's inter-regional input-output tables,and examining the development pattern and main characteristics of inter-provincial trade,this paper uses a boundary effect model based on the gravity equation to analyze the trend of changes in China’s regional economic integration degree.The results show that the absolute value of the boundary effect coefficient increased from 1997 to 2002,decreased from 2002 to 2012,and continued to increase from 2012 to 2017,indicating that the inter-provincial trade barriers presented a wave trend of deepening first,then easing,and then continuing to deepen,while the level of regional economic integration first decreased,then increased and then declined.In order to promote the development of regional economic integration and promote the construction of a unified national market,it is necessary to strengthen inter-provincial trade cooperation,break administrative boundary barriers,and strengthen communication between provinces.At the same time,it is recommended that we use their resources and information advantages in the regions with open advantages to make full use of their own high-level development strength and rich resource endowments.
