建设项目的设计管理工作是贯穿于项目开发全过程的重要环节。与一般公共建筑项目相比,酒店项目特有的综合性与复杂性对设计管理工作提出了更高的要求。本文将以苏州某奢华酒店项目为例,从业主方设计部的角度简单阐述酒店项目设计管理的要点与特点,以实践探索工作中的矛盾与冲突的解决方案,为后续项目总结可供借鉴的经验与教训。

The design management of construction projects is an important part throughout the whole process of project development.Compared with general public building projects,the unique comprehensiveness and complexity of hotel projects put forward higher requirements for design management.This paper will take a luxury hotel project in Suzhou as example,briefly describe the key points and characteristics of hotel project design management from the perspective of the client’s design department,explore solutions to contradictions and conflicts in work,and summarize experiences and lessons for future projects.
