Brief Analysis on Key Points of BIM Structure Design in Large-scale Commercial Buildings

随着数字经济时代的到来,越来越多的建筑设计中应用BIM技术,针对大型商业类的建筑结构,因体型复杂,设计施工难度大,格外需要应用BIM作为三维辅助设计。本文以作者主持完成的几个大商业BIM结构设计项目为例,详细地介绍了整个BIM结构设计的过程,系统地总结了在大商业BIM结构设计中需要注意的重难点及要点,并据此提出一些大商业BIM结构设计的思考,以期给BIM同行们提供一定价值的参考和借鉴。

With the advent of the digital economy era,BIM technology is applied in more and more architectural design.BIM is particularly needed as a three-dimensional aided design for large-scale commercial building structures due to their complex form and difficult design and construction.This paper takes BIM structure design project in several large-scale commercial buildings presided over by the author as examples,introduces the entire BIM structure design process in detail,systematically summarizes the major difficulties and key points of concern for BIM structure design in large-scale commercial buildings,and accordingly puts forward some thinking on the BIM structure design in large-scale commercial buildings,aiming to provide BIM peers with certain valuable reference.
