装配式混凝土模板在桥梁墩柱的设计与分析

摘要 为保证异形桥梁墩柱外观成型质量,同时减少模板的周转和拆模工序,为异形梁墩柱提供一种预制装配式混凝土模板。本文简单概述了通过Retit2016软件对梁墩柱模型进行不同尺寸单元划分,同时建立模板单元,利用有限元软件对不同尺寸模板单元进行受力分析。通过对比分析,选取受力相对较好、单元划分相对合理,同时结合施工现场和施工设备情况选择最优的方案,保证异形桥梁墩柱的分缝整齐,外观成型好。同时为后期装配式模板施工提供技术指导。 In order to ensure the appearance molding quality of special-shaped bridge pier columns,and reduce the turnover and mold removal process of formwork,a prefabricated concrete formwork is provided for special-shaped bridge pier columns.This paper briefly summarizes the division of bridge pier column models into different size units through Retit2016 software,establishes template units,and uses finite element software to analyze the force of template units of different sizes.Through comparative analysis,the selected force is relatively good,the unit division is relatively reasonable,and the optimal scheme is selected based on the construction site and construction equipment,which ensure that the joints of special-shaped bridge pier columns are neat and the appearance is good.At the same time,it provides technical guidance for the subsequent construction of prefabricated formwork.
