Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of water supply and treatment plant in Wangjieliu Township of Huoqiu County as an example,this paper analyzes and evaluates the geotechnical engineering,deeply explores the research on the type of foundation of the proposed site,and solidly completes this people’s livelihood project as a project corresponding to popular interests and a trustworthy project.
