摘要
为满足实心转子感应电机在低振动噪声环境下的应用,需对实心转子感应电机进行减振降噪优化设计。本文通过有限元方法,分析定子有槽结构、定子无槽结构、单实心钢转子结构以及实心钢复合转子结构下电机各部件的电磁力分布情况,以振动最小为优化目标,对比分析得出最优的电磁结构。
In order to meet the application requirement of solid rotor induction motor in low-vibration and low-noise environment,it is necessary to optimize the design of solid rotor induction motor for vibration and noise reduction.This paper analyzes the electromagnetic force distribution of each motor component under stator slotted structure,stator slotless structure,single solid steel rotor structure and solid steel composite rotor structure by finite element method,and compares the results and confirms the optimal electromagnetic structure with the minimum vibration as the optimization target.
