基于模糊评价法的数字零售供应链风险评估研究

Research on Risk Assessment of Supply Chains of Digital Retail Based on the Fuzzy Evaluation Method

随着数字技术的不断发展,传统零售供应链迎来数字化转型的重大机遇,但多数零售供应链的数字化进程仍处于初级阶段,供应链运作和升级面临着各种潜在威胁因素,因此,针对零售供应链数字化的风险研究十分重要。在初步构建数字零售供应链的相关风险影响因素指标的基础上,本文采用模糊综合评价法和熵值法对各种因素的影响程度进行评估,得到不同的风险等级排序,并根据排序结果对零售企业提出建议,以提高零售企业的风险识别与防范能力。

With the continuous development of digital technologies,traditional retail supply chains have ushered in major opportunities for digital transformation,but the digitalization process of most retail supply chains is still immature,and the operation and upgrading of supply chains are faced with many potential threats,so it is very important to study the risks of digitalization of the retail supply chains.Based on the preliminary construction of the indicators of risk infl uencing factors of supply chains of digital retail,this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy value method to assess the infl uencing factors,obtains different risk rankings,and puts forward suggestions to retail enterprises according to the ranking results,to improve the risk identification and prevention ability of retail enterprises.
