RCEP框架下我国服务贸易竞争力提升路径研究

Research on Paths to Enhance the Competitiveness of China’s Trade in Services under the Framework of RCEP

在贸易保护主义复苏、逆全球化趋势上升、服务贸易壁垒高筑的背景下,为推动贸易发展,《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership,RCEP)正式生效,尤其是在服务贸易领域,空前开放。本文测算了我国与RCEP成员国的服务贸易竞争力水平,分析认为与RCEP成员国相比,我国在建筑、电信、计算机和信息、其他商务服务行业竞争优势明显,在金融、知识产权、旅游行业竞争力相对较弱。因此,本文提出我国应大力提升金融服务贸易水平,加强知识产权的保护和运用,促进传统服务贸易优化升级等路径以供参考。

Against the background of the revival of trade protectionism,the rising trend of anti-globalization,and the high barriers to trade in services,to promote the development of trade,the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)has come into force,especially in the ffeld of trade in services,which is unprecedentedly accessed.This paper measures the level of competitiveness of trade in services between China and other RCEP members,and analyses that,compared with other RCEP members,China has obvious competitive advantages in the construction,telecommunications,computer and information,and other business services industries,and relatively weak competitiveness in the ffnancial,intellectual property,and tourism industries.In this regard,it is proposed that China should vigorously improve the level of trade in financial services,strengthen the protection and application of intellectual property rights,and promote the optimization and upgrading of traditional trade in services,etc.,for reference.
