推动产业链高质量发展应着力提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平,维护重要产业链供应链安全。供应链金融已成为产融结合的必经阶段,以云计算、区块链、物联网等新技术赋能的智慧供应链金融因其产业带动、服务公共等特性已成为产融结合的高级阶段。本文以地方省属国企为主体,坚持新发展理念,构建国企主导型的省级智慧供应链金融服务平台,围绕地方重点产业垂直化深耕,并逐步建立多层次监管体系,推进平台主体生态化和发展格局现代化,实现区域经济的高质量发展。

To promote the high-quality development of the industrial chain,efforts should be made to enhance the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain and maintain the security of the important industrial chain and supply chain.Supply chain ffnance has become a necessary part of the combination of industry and ffnance,and intelligent supply chain ffnance boosted by new technologies such as cloud computing,blockchain and the Internet of Things has become an advanced stage for the combination of industry and ffnance because of its industry-driven and public service,etc.This paper takes local provincial state-owned enterprises as the main body,adheres to the new development concept,builds financial service platforms for provincial intelligent supply chain led by state-owned enterprises,goes deep vertically around local key industries,and gradually establishes multi-level regulatory systems,promotes ecological development of the platform main body and modernization of the development pattern,and realizes the high-quality development of the regional economy.
