基于主成分分析的黑龙江省水资源承载力评价研究

Evaluation of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Heilongjiang Province Based on Principal Component Analysis

运用主成分分析理论,利用2016—2020年黑龙江省的水资源实际数据情况,对黑龙江省水资源情况作出综合评价,结果表明:在2016—2020年,黑龙江省水资源承载力评分总体呈现上升趋势。其中,2016年的综合评分最低,2019年的综合评分最高,虽然2016—2018年该省的水资源承载力评分一直在增强,但仍处于弱势。通过进一步分析得出,水资源自然条件、社会人口和经济发展是影响黑龙江省水资源承载力的主要因素。为使黑龙江省社会经济发展更为健康平稳,不仅应加强对水资源的管理,还需大力提倡节约用水,提高水资源利用率。

Based on the theory of principal component analysis and the actual data of water resources in Heilongjiang Province from 2016 to 2020,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the water resources in Heilongjiang Province.The results show that the score of water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province from 2016 to 2020 shows an overall rising trend.Among them,the comprehensive score in 2016 was the lowest,while the comprehensive score in 2019 was the highest.Although the score of water resources carrying capacity of Heilongjiang Province has been enhanced from 2016 to 2018,it is still in a weak position.Through further analysis,it is concluded that natural conditions of water resources,social population and economic development are the main factors affecting the water resources carrying capacity of Heilongjiang Province.In order to make the social and economic development of Heilongjiang Province more healthy and stable,we should not only strengthen the management of water resources,but also vigorously promote water saving and improve the utilization rate of water resources.
