典型变电站故障后断路器拒动对区域电网功角稳定问题的分析研究

摘要 变电站发生故障后断路器拒动可能会给区域电网带来功角稳定的问题。以山西电网500 kV明海湖变电站为例,在分析典型变电站发生故障后断路器拒动以及相关开关失灵保护参数设定对区域电网稳定问题影响的基础上,考虑500kV明海湖变电站实际接线方式,用PSD-BPA仿真软件进行模拟,分析了不同故障下站内各开关拒动对区域电网稳定的影响,并结合仿真分析结果对相关断路器失灵整定时间的设置给出了相关建议。 Circuit breaker rejection after a substation failure may bring power angle stability problems to the regional power grid.Taking a 500 kV Minghaihu substation in Shanxi Power Grid as an example,based on an analysis of the impact of circuit breaker rejection and related switch failure protection parameter settings on the stability of the regional power grid after a typical substation failure,PSD-BPA simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the impact of various switch failures in the station on regional power grid stability with different faults when the actual wiring mode of 500 kV Minghaihu substation is taken into account.Based on the results of simulation analysis,relevant suggestions are given for setting the failure setting time of relevant circuit breakers.
