燃煤机组降低启动油耗的研究与应用

摘要 山西省电力现货市场下火电机组需要频繁启停调峰提高收益,但机组频繁启动不仅耗油量增加影响供电煤耗升高,而且也增加了二氧化碳排放量。对600 MW亚临界汽包锅炉进行了无启动炉机组启动试验,通过采用变更启动煤种、优化磨煤机启动边界参数、快速投入磨煤机运行等措施,使每次机组启动燃油耗量仅5 t,同时提出在一次风风道增加加热器的方案,使锅炉无启动炉冷态启动耗油量降至1 t左右。这种启动方式不仅节能减排效果明显,而且还增强了机组在电力现货市场中的竞争力,对其他同类型机组启动节约燃油量有较好的借鉴作用。 Under the spot power market of Shanxi Province,thermal power units need to frequently start and stop peak regulation to improve revenue.However,frequent start-up of units not only increases fuel consumption and the coal consumption of power supply,but also increases the carbon dioxide emission.The start-up test of 600 MW subcritical drum boiler without starting boiler unit is carried out and the fuel consumption of per unit start-up is controlled within 5 tons by the measures such as changing the starting coal type,optimizing the starting boundary parameters of the mill and putting the mill into operation quickly,and so on.At the same time,the scheme of adding the heater in the primary air duct is proposed,which could reduce the fuel consumption of cold start-up without starting boiler to about 1 ton.This start-up mode not only has obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction,but also enhances the competitiveness of units in the spot power market.It can be used as reference for the fuel-saving of the start-up of other units of the same type.
